Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites necessary, although students will need to be able to demonstrate understanding of theoretical concepts, identify, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources and apply solutions to a range of problems in their actual workplace (or a simulated environment)

Course Duration
This course will be delivered over a 10 week period. Training comprises of one face to face class per week, with additional trainer support as required via email and phone.
Classes run form 9am – 3pm, in Training Room 1, Ballinger Training and Consultancy, 6/2 Melaleuca Street, Kuluin. (Across from the Kuluin School)
Timetables are flexible and can be developed to suit organisational requirements. Groups of 4 or more can be trained at your workplace, to your timetable, as negotiated with Ballinger Training.
Assessment Requirements
Assessment techniques will range from observation and class participation to formal written assessment tasks based on student’s actual work environment (or a simulated environment)
Cost per participant:
$3900 (includes $400 enrolment fee)
This includes:
• Nationally recognized qualification
• Training delivered on-site if required for groups of 4+
• Courses customized to suit organisation/individual
• All resources and workbooks

• Ongoing support from our trainer, via phone, email
• The use of RPL processes to customise course delivery
Payment plans
Individual students may choose to participate in our Pay as You Learn system. This involves an upfront enrolment fee of $400, followed by 10 weekly payments of $350.
Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit, cheque or cash.
This qualification can be delivered as a fully funded traineeship to eligible students. Ballinger Training and Consultancy can facilitate the process of gaining such funding for eligible participants
